In 1997, the organisation took a new direction
in economic development. We launched an aggressive economic programme
for the organisation and our mentees that will move us into the new
millennium and beyond.
The 100 Black Men chapters understand that economic empowerment and
self esteem are interdependent. The 100 also understand that economic
prosperity is a major component of self-esteem for our children and
our communities.
We are committed to developing programmes that prepare our children
to go from the classroom to the boardroom.
